Hi guys, I have a small issue with zoom in shortcut (ctrl + ) in Illustrator and Photoshop. In the last 24 hrs I had to sign out and log in in Windows to have active the zoom in shortcut. It happens randomly because it's working untilis not. Even if I close and restart the applications or turn off and on my keyboard is still not working In Windows, the standard scroll-wheel zoom key is Ctrl. Pretty much everything follows this standard, including all web browsers, Word, Explorer, even Adobe Reader. Except Adobe Creative Cloud software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). It uses the Alt key instead Illustrator CC 2018 running on High Sierra. The keyboard command for the zoom and hand tools doesn't always work.
